We got good services and a great-sized, luxurious room. Location: the hotel was near to in fact excellent establishment and onsite restaurants. It also was in the vineyards.

Fantastic staff, accommodation, food and views for days! Communication at check-in was very good. Relaxing at the pool with drinks and the views is the most relaxing experience. The bedroom view from the balcony is breathtaking.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could possibly need, including a cozy sitting area and a balcony where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a variety of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. We were impressed with the numerous options available for dining, from the on-site restaurant to the outdoor dining area and picnic tables. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service levels are excellent and the housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return.

Although the Sunday evening pizza restaurant was closed, the other restaurants provided delicious cuisine directly in front of the busy public restaurant. the hotel is close to nature with no pollution, making for a serene and relaxing stay.

The menu could use a wider variety of options for breakfast and coffee with a better froth and flavor would be preferable.

We were pleasantly surprised with two complementary services offered during our stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surroundings which made it an ideal spot to relax after a long day of work. the peacefulness was an advantage that we really appreciated.

The waiting time for breakfast was long, and we did not receive all the items that were promised. We also found it difficult to get the attention of staff when we needed something.

We recently stayed at a stunning hotel located in a picturesque town. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the vineyards and lush landscape. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The dining options exceeded our expectations, especially for our vegan and vegetarian requirements. Waking up to the spectacular vineyard views was definitely the highlight of our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would highly recommend this hotel. our experience was memorable and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and amazing views. The location was perfect, with great MTB routes starting right at the property. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Sheila in the dining room and Beauty in the Spa. The on-site restaurants, Pizza Vista and The Grill Room, offered delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere.
